This is Reuters photographer Jorge Silva being detained by UN security guards at the Cancun summit last week. He’d been covering the expulsion of a group of protestors from the summit when guards allegedly attempted to prevent photographers from covering it, during which Silva is said to have had his credentials seized before being bundled away as seen here.
